Who we are?
Asociația pentru Integrare și Dezvoltare Comunitară is a non-governmental, non-political and non-profit organization, established under Government Ordinance (O.G.) no. 26 of 30.01.2000. The association works for the benefit of young people and their families. The association obtained legal personality in May 2004.
Our vision
To become a professional and competitive organization that can efficiently respond to the real needs of its beneficiaries.
Our mission
To develop integration projects for young people in the local community and to provide training services that complement what already exists in the formal education system.
Our objectives
- development of income-generating activities based on knowledge acquired through special vocational training programs.
- implementation and development of a new attitude towards the needs and opportunities of Romanian society;
- creation of non-formal educational programs for youth in order to support young people with creative potential;
- creation of specialization / upskilling programs for young people in diverse professional fields;
Organization's activities
- counseling and educating families;
- ensuring counseling services, guidance, supervision and supporting social reintegration;
- organizing support groups;
- organizing seminars, conferences and public debates;
- human rights promotion programs;
- cultural and artistic programs;
- entertainment programs;
- educational programs for children and youth;
- fundraising and development activities (shows, exhibitions, raffles, competitions, etc.);
- project design and project management activities;
- facilitating organizations' access to non-reimbursable and/or reimbursable funding sources;
- research activities, market studies and economic and social surveys;
