The project activities address a target group of at least 610 persons aged between 18 and 65, who hold the status of employees with individual employment contract (full-time or part-time), including persons in management positions, from public and private enterprises who wish to participate in training and professional development programmes and have domicile in the North-East region.
To be included in the project activities, a person must meet the following requirements:
holds the status of employee with individual employment contract (full-time or part-time) in a public or private enterprise
has domicile in the North-East region
is aged between 18 and 65 years
The target group will benefit from:
information on the benefits of participating in Continuing Professional Training programmes
career counselling and guidance services
professional training as a result of rapid technological developments and the emergence of new competences to keep pace with technological changes in the workplace, digitalisation, changes in work practices/methods
In the selection of the target group, gender equality and equal opportunities will be respected, as well as non-discrimination and prevention of any form of discrimination on grounds of gender, racial or ethnic origin, religion or belief, disability, age or sexual orientation.
Implementation of the project activities will lead to the following results:
650 persons informed about CPD and the actions carried out within the project;
610 employed persons counselled and oriented towards training programmes;
90 persons enrolled in level 2 qualification courses;
520 persons enrolled in specific training programmes;
an analysis of the efficiency of CPD programmes;
3 workshops and a Training Providers Forum - 30 training service providers will benefit from transfer of good practices, information and materials that will allow participants to develop ideas, services and models to better address social challenges on the labour market.
In the long term, the project activities will contribute to increasing the standard of living, enhancing the adaptability of enterprises, institutions and NGOs active on the labour market to changes dictated by workforce dynamics, stimulating employers towards developing the competences of their employees, with a view to increasing professional insertion capacity and their adaptability to market economy dynamics.
