General objective: Increasing the employment rate of tertiary education graduates, both university and non-university (students ISCED 5-7, PhD students and trainees ISCED 4, qualification level 5, enrolled in colleges organised at higher education institutions), from the NW, SM, Centre, NE, SWO, W and SE regions in smart activity sectors identified as future-oriented, with a view to developing a competitive knowledge-based economy, by stimulating and supporting entrepreneurial initiative, respectively the establishment of new enterprises (start-ups) and the creation of new jobs.

Implementation period: 01 January 2022 – 31 December 2023.
The total value of the project is 9,686,293.15 lei, of which 8,179,676.87 lei represents the eligible non-reimbursable value from ESF, 1,443,472.30 lei represents the eligible non-reimbursable value from the national budget and 63,143.98 lei represents the eligible beneficiary co-financing.
The project addresses 345 individuals with domicile/residence in the regions: North-East, South-East, South Muntenia, South-West Oltenia, West, North-West and Centre, who fall into one of the following categories:
Students (ISCED 5-7) – at the date of entry into the operation (first day of professional training course in entrepreneurial competences) will demonstrate that they are enrolled at least in year 2 of bachelor studies;
PhD students in the university doctoral studies cycle;
Trainees (ISCED 4, qualification level 5, enrolled in colleges organised at higher education institutions) – enrolled, at the date of entry into the operation, in at least year 2 of studies.
The main expected results are:
23 entrepreneurial training courses organised;
345 persons enrolled in authorised entrepreneurial training programmes;
311 target group members with improved competences in the entrepreneurial field, with professional training course completion certificates recognised by ANC;
1 business plan evaluation and selection competition organised;
at least 13 business plans proposed by target group representatives approved;
at least 13 practice internships completed by persons whose business plans were selected for de minimis aid;
at least 13 persons benefiting from counselling/consultancy/mentoring services;
at least 13 grant contracts signed;
at least 13 enterprises established;
at least 65 jobs created;
at least 65 persons employed;
at least 13 enterprises established and functional.

General objective: Increasing employment opportunities and improving the professional situation for 375 unemployed NEET young people aged 16-29 (including 80 from rural areas and 40 of Roma ethnicity) registered and profiled with the Public Employment Service, with residence in the South Muntenia region, beneficiaries of integrated and flexible employment services on the labour market.

Implementation period: 17 June 2022 – 16 December 2023.
The project activities address 375 NEET young people, aged 16-29, with domicile in the South Muntenia region (Argeș, Călărași, Dâmbovița, Giurgiu, Ialomița, Prahova and Teleorman counties) without employment and not attending any form of education. They will benefit from a personalised package of measures including (but not limited to): professional and/or entrepreneurial training, support in finding employment / labour market placement and socio-professional integration at the new workplace (e.g. guidance, counselling, employee assistance), support for maintaining employment (e.g. childcare services for children whose parents participate in project activities: kindergarten, after school, accompaniment), support in starting small businesses through entrepreneurial training and financial aid for starting an economic activity.
The main expected results:
400 persons will be informed about training and employment opportunities through integrated and flexible employment services on the labour market, available to NEET young people registered with the Public Employment Service;
240 unemployed NEET young people aged 16-29, residents in the South Muntenia region, registered with the Public Employment Service and profiled with employability level B, C and D, will benefit from professional training and skills certification services;
120 unemployed NEET young people aged 16-29, registered with the Public Employment Service with employability level A, will benefit from entrepreneurial training and support in establishing new firms in rural or urban areas of the South Muntenia region;
375 unemployed NEET young people aged 16-29, registered with the Public Employment Service, with residence in the South Muntenia region will benefit from specialised services for stimulating employment and labour mediation, with concrete outcome of at least 165 NEET young people employed, including those carrying out self-employed activity;
At least 18 business plans, drawn up by participants in entrepreneurial courses, will receive grants (micro-grants) for establishing structures (start-ups) and launching economic activities.
The total value of the project is 4,944,112.29 lei, of which 4,548,583.33 lei European Union contribution and 395,528.96 lei national budget contribution.
